All relationships go through cycles, ups and downs. Some of us cycle through relationship after relationship.

What makes some relationships thrive while others just fade out or descend into pain and conflict?

Ready for Truly Conscious Relating?

Have you ever wondered:

- How can a romantic relationship become part of your spiritual path?

- How to stop falling into the same patterns of disconnection and instead stay open in the face of difficulty?

- How can conflict bring us closer and cultivate deeper trust?

- How to maintain the fire of passion in your relationship when it becomes dry and flat?

This retreat explores these topics and provides practical tools (techniques, meditations, etc.) for building harmonious and profound relationships. It is an opportunity to understand and overcome limiting patterns.

This Retreat Is A Unique And Powerful Mixture Of:

Spiritual teachings of the Heart

Which guide us towards recognizing our Essence as Love, as one Heart... to act, see, think as Love and, eventually, to dissolve into Love.

Authentic Tantric vision & practices on Love & Sexuality

Which inspire deeper passion through the cultivation of polar energies and transmutation of these energies into sacred union with the Divine.

Psychotherapeutic techniques

Which are practical tools aimed to bring more awareness and healing into our patterns and tendencies which often “destroy” our love relationships.

The workshop does not include any nudity or explicit sexuality.
Singles and couples of any orientation are welcome to join.
However please note that the facilitators are hertrosexual and will primarily use their own lived experience of relationships to relate examples and explain ideas.

Join us in this beautiful and profound journey dedicated to Love, Conscious Relationship, and Sacred Intimacy.

A Path to Love, Through Love

In many spiritual traditions Love is considered to be our deepest Essence and the highest state of Consciousness, while a romantic relationship is seen as one of the hardest but also most direct paths towards awakening and liberation.

Indeed, life presents many beautiful opportunities to us, but often we find ourselves lost in our subconscious patterns, mental strategies, and automatic reactions, so we are not able to go deeper and discover our true Essence, beyond all these superficial layers.

Tradition Meets Innovation

Tantric spiritual tradition, as well as modern psychotherapy, offer beautiful and powerful tools aiming to bring more awareness and light into these parts of our being. Ultimately in order to truly “marry” our partner we need first “marry” ourselves.

Creating the Conditions for Love to Blossom

It is a journey that starts from learning to know, accept and love yourself fully and eventually come in touch with your deepest Essence. That is a solid basis for learning how to remain present in any challenging situation, to behold your dear one, and to be able to recognize his/her true Essence behind the veils.

These are the essential conditions where true Love can blossom, where we can help each other in healing the wounds and going beyond boundaries. We pass from neediness and codependence to Openness and Trust, practiced no matter what. We are in a relationship not because there is a sense of lack or the need to fill up an empty hole in us, but because we feel so alive and full that we are longing to share Love and Beauty with another being. Gradually we pass from personal "needy" love to unconditional "generous" love and eventually we recognize Love as our True Nature, dissolving our personal limitations into it.

Trust, Presence and Love are the main pillars of a harmonious relationship and we will learn how to cultivate them in our daily life. We will discover the importance of opening the body & heart and practicing Openness no matter what. We will see how the play of polarity can increase passion and bring more aliveness&beauty into the relationship. We will also explore Tantric approach to sexuality, learning how to bring sacredness into lovemaking,  how to open ourselves to divine pleasure by relaxing the body, allowing the sexual energy to freely flow in us and  deepening the senses.

Ultimately, we will see that relationships and sexuality can become a beautiful spiritual path in itself which supports the process of  awakening.

“I searched for God and found only myself. I searched for myself and found only God.”

FAQ's

Is it Safe to Travel to Mexico/to Your Centre?

Mexico’s reputation regarding safety, while not entirely untrue, is often exaggerated by the news media, especially in neighbouring countries where opposition to Mexico/Mexican people supports political agendas and dramatic media coverage drives clicks, views etc. There are certain areas of Mexico where there is a high rate of crime. These areas are thus less safe for foreign travellers. However, millions of travellers and holiday makers pass through Mexico each year without incident. This particular area had seen a little instability in 2024, surrounding the presidential elections in Mexico, however the situation has stabilized considerably and the area is generally safe. A huge movement by local authorities has recently removed hundreds of known cartel members from the area and made big steps in increasing general safety in San Cristobal de Las Casas and Chiapas in general. Additionally, our centre is nestled in a mountain valley outside the historic city of San Cristobal de Las Casas, an area protected by native peoples and indigenous laws. Regarding travel here, we have a long standing relationship with a particular taxi driver and his brother. They provide safe and reliable airport and local shuttle services for guests coming/leaving the centre.

What is the easiest most direct way to get to the retreat?

There are generally 2 main airports that you can fly into. Of these, by far the most popular is MEX Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (Mexico City airport). The other is CUN Cancún International Airport. (There are other international airports in Mexico, into which you may find cheaper flights from your specific location from time to time, but these are the most convenient and common) From either of these airports you can catch a connecting flight to TGZ Aeropuerto Internacional Ángel Albino Corzo. This flight takes around 1.5hrs from Mexico City. From this airport we can arrange a taxi to pick you up directly from the airport and bring you either directly to us, or to San Cristobal de Las Casas (around 1000MXN). Or you can take an airport shuttle (you will need at least some basic Spanish) into San Cristobal de las Casas (around 300MXN). Either option takes around 1.5hrs From San Cristobal de Las Casas, we arrange a shuttle to our centre on the day that your retreat is schedule to begin, at 13:30. The cost of this suttles service is 150MXN per car, shared between however many people are in the car. the ride is about 20 minutes to arrive at the centre.

Is this retreat okay for beginners?

Yes. You don’t need any experience in tantra or meditation to join. What matters most is sincerity — a genuine curiosity to explore yourself and your relationships more deeply. Everything is guided step by step. If you already have a practice, you’ll find new layers of depth and embodiment; if you’re new, you’ll find a safe, supportive way in.

Can I come on my own or with a partner?

Both are welcome. Singles, couples, and people of any orientation or relationship style can take part. Some practices are individual, others are done in pairs, always with clear boundaries and consent. You’ll be invited to work with awareness, respect, and openness, not performance or pressure. If there is anything that you do not feel comfortable with you can always sit out or request a different partner to practice with.

What do you mean by ‘sacred sexuality’?

We use the word sacred to point toward presence meeting sexual energy as something intelligent, creative, and deeply human. It’s not about techniques or performance. It’s about opening the body and heart so love, trust, and vitality can move more freely. In this retreat, sexuality is explored through awareness, breath, and connection, not through sexual acts. The practices focus on a heightened awareness of your body, energy, breath, boundaries, emotions etc. from moment to moment. This heightened and for many people totally new depth of awareness leads to sexual encounters that foster openness, intimacy, trust & surrender.

Is there any nudity or sexual activity?

No. There’s no nudity, explicit touch, or sexual exchange of any kind. The “sexual” aspect of this work is energetic and emotional, not physical. You’ll learn to sense and integrate that energy safely within yourself and in conscious, respectful relating with others. Physical practices will be discussed for those that wish to go away and explore them. Within the retreat itself, there are a couple of practices that involve very light physical contact.
