WHO WE ARE
Sasha
My name is Sasha and I am a Hridaya Yoga teacher and meditation instructor. I also work as a psychotherapist. In my early 20-ies I was immersed into the boheme and intellectual life, studying and working in university research and managing my own business at the same time. Even if my life was full of success and mondaine attractions, I still could feel that something essential was lacking. My life was about achieving one goal after another, it was a never ending run after complete happiness. My heart was longing for inner stillness and peace, for the happiness which wouldn’t depend on outer conditions, for living in Here and Now without postponing Life. My deepest aspiration was to find it myself and to be truly of help for others. Since then I started travelling throughout the world and learning about ancient traditions of different cultures and approaches. It was a bliss to come in touch with Advaita Vedanta teachings, Ramana Maharishi’s Self-Inquiry method and, especially, with Sahajananda’s teachings of Hridaya yoga, Yoga of the Spiritual Heart.
So, now it has been more than 10 years that I am immersed into the spiritual practices. And I am happy to have an opportunity to assist other people on the path. So, here me and other teachers will be at your disposal during group retreats or your solitary retreat

My parents
My dear parents Irina and Kirill live here as well, meditating, practicing Yoga and helping to run the center. They contributed a lot to the realization of this project.
When they were both going through a serious disease and they didn’t know how much more they were supposed to live…their hearts opened to the path of Awareness, of Yoga. Mainly thanks to their spiritual practice (as well as to the psychotherapeutic/emotional work that we did together) they we able to recover and to start a completely new life. Now they live with an open heart, with the longing for Truth, and with a sincere aspiration to help others.
